Growth & Development of the Food Processing sector combining Technology and Innovation

Established in 2009, Raghuleela Research & Development Center, located in Satara in Maharashtra, is a product development and manufacturing firm. It is a subsidiary of 3P Group and is committed to the growth of India’s food processing sector with top notch technology and innovation.

Raghuleela provides formulation development and advisory services to ensure product safety, quality and innovation. They also ensure a superior return on investment for the shareholders. The company trains budding food technologists and industry executives to acquire long-lasting functional and operational skills.

Chocolate, bakery, confectionery, snacks, beverages and functional & natural food are the segments where Raghuleela provides its expertise and services.

Raghuleela believes that it is necessary to test the developed prototypes in the market for consumer preference and evaluation. They provide private label manufacturing services for chocolate, jelly and confectionery manufacturing from 100-150 kg/hr. The company states that this is an opportunity for a start-up to observe the response without major investment.

Their activities sync well with those of project management. Both design and manufacture are executed in-house. Over the span of 18 months, their work is segregated into four phases – product conceptualization (1 month), prototype development (2 months), prototype stage 2 (4 months) and scale up (10 months).
